MCCANN THE MOST SUCCESSFUL AT THE GOLDEN DRUM FESTIVAL
In addition to these awards, agency network McCann for Central and Eastern Europe, which McCann Beograd is part of, for the second year in a row was named the Best Agency network in this part of Europe.

The “Taxi drama“ campaign, which McCann Beograd implemented for Yugoslav Drama Theatre (JDP) won the Golden Drum award in the category of Film (TV, cinema and online) and the Silver Drum in the Direct campaign category, but also reached the finals of the PR category. In addition to the award for the "Taxi Drama" McCann Beograd with innovative and fun outdoor ad "Pillar Workout" entered the finals in the category Outdoor. McCann Tirana, which also operates as part of I&F McCann Grupa, is the first Albanian agency that won an award at this festival, winning the Silver Drum in the Events category for their „Respect the living, too“ campaign, created to raise awareness for road safety.

The Golden Drum festival in Portorož is one of the most important festivals in the region which traditionally attracts some of the best global agencies. This year marks its 21st anniversary; it’s organized by the Slovenian chamber of advertising. 30 agency networks and 291 agencies from 24 countries participate in the festival, collectively they entered a total of 1220 works.
